4-Phase Biofiltration Process

Mechanical Separation
Wastewater enters a 3-chamber septic tank where solids settle and fats float to the surface. Pre-treated effluent moves to the next stage.
Circulation Pump
A low-power pump (only 33W) lifts pre-treated water into the bioreactor tower. Energy consumption is minimized by the EcoProcessor controller.
Biofiltration (Air Ring®)
Water is sprayed over thousands of Air Ring® plastic discs. Aerobic bacteria form a biofilm that breaks down organic matter — no compressor needed.
Clean Discharge
Purified water (up to 98% clean) is discharged to a drainage field, filtration well, or can be reused for irrigation.
